The world seems to be the new seat of incredible surprises and biggest as well as unexpected shocks of late. The length and breadth of America are feeling the wave too. It was a mild drama in South Carolina in 2012 when Tracy a single mom who lived and raised her children alone started hearing unusual noises from within her home. As most women, she was the fearful type who had always guided against break in hence making sure that all home’s doors are locked. Still her home managed to be intruded as she started hearing some strange noises from her attic.
Like anyone else, she didn’t think of anything at first. Strange noises from the attic?! She doesn’t understand it. Soon however, she began to notice the noises more apparently from room to room, even her own bedroom. From this point tensions start to pile up on her nerves. Yet she wouldn’t attempt anything. After putting her kids to sleep one night, she saw another strange thing to worsen the situation. Nails popping out of the ceiling one by one?! She began to question the possibility amidst growing tensions.
It was finally a time to take actions as she called on her adult sons and nephew to ransack the attic. All they think in their head is to find a possum or raccoon up their being the commonest animals to pull up such tricks. What was discovered was even more terrifying and disturbing. Something totally out of their lively imagination.
Grown up man?! Yes! They found a grown-up man sleeping next to the heating unit as they turn on their flashlight after climbing up the dark attic. They investigated to confirm that the man was their mother’s ex-boyfriend and that he has been living on the attic for two weeks. All looked really surprised that it could be read on their faces the only question on their minds was ‘how did he get there?’ Tracy rushed to barricade the attic door and called 911. Upon investigation, it was realized that the man had done some housework for the household and that the man and Tracy even dated briefly 12 years ago before then. The man had entered through the front door before making it into the attic.
